What Is Your Shipping Method? How Long Before I Receive My Order?
All of our orders from within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail, usually within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info, once your order has shipped.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries across the world! Please note, however, that depending on your order and country, you may be liable for customs fees and/or any other local import taxes upon on receipt of your order. Dr. Dana has no influence over how much these might be or any ability to prevent these charges from being assessed—it’s a standard part of international commerce transactions. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for them. With this in mind, you may wish to locate a retailer selling Dr. Dana products closer to you or even in your own country, if there is one.
I Made A Mistake On My Order. Can I Update Or Cancel It?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we might not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!
Can I Return My Order?
At Dr. Dana, we want you to be absolutely thrilled about your experience with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered! Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. We will immediately make arrangements for your return and you will be credited for the full refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Also, we can only replace products purchased on Drdananails.com. If you bought your Dr. Dana product elsewhere, please contact the retailer about your replacement.
